Welcome to the first issue of The Edmonton Woman Health & Beauty Guide. This is a special publication of Edmonton Woman magazine, now in its 14th year of publication.

Health and beauty are more than ever subjects of great interest to women, so we have created The Edmonton Woman Health & Beauty Guide to reflect that. This annual publication will highlight aspects of health and beauty for women of all ages in Edmonton and area through all four seasons.

This issue of the guide includes articles on topics including fitness, diet and nutrition, spas, staying youthful, skincare and cosmetics, and more. Additionally, there is a special listings section containing handy information about health and beauty resources and contacts.

This guide is part of a continuing goal of Edmonton Woman to produce publications that both inform and entertain women.
